Steven Rauschkolb is the founder and Managing Partner of The Crisfield Group. He started the practice in 2006, after running the learning, leadership and talent functions inside Sanofi Aventis, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer and Warner-Lambert.

Alongside numerous consulting engagements, he spent eleven years in a long-term partnership with Quintiles, focused on global talent management, internal executive coaching, training and other projects.

Speaking and teaching

He has spoken and conducted training throughout the United States and internationally, on corporate education and leadership development. He has also been an adjunct professor of Organizational Change and Leadership at Seton Hall University School of Communications and at Stevens Institute of Technology.

All of our engagements are directly supervised by our founder, Steven Rauschkolb.
